Issue 12:30 Engineers were notified of an issue on shared hosting platform web1 which was causing some sites to respond slowly.
We identified an on-going DDoS attack against customer infrastructure and have deployed mitigation for this.
Resolved 13:05: After our engineers identified the root cause of the issue, all server services are now stable.
Between 9:30am and 10am this morning (11/03/19) we had a failed service upgrade that caused an extended period of downtime. Our engineers were notified of the issue and it was resolved within 20mins,
